Freight
Freight on product purchases is calculated automatically with the value being linked to individual items. All Wellness Shop orders are manually checked prior to be being processed. This way large size items or high volume purchases can be adjusted and confirmed with the purchaser prior to processing and subsequent delivery.

Overseas freight
Overseas freight cannot be calculated in the Online Shop. This needs to be calculated manually. Your order will only show the cost of freight within Australia. Once you place your order we will phone or email with the adjustment to the freight charges and, with your permission, will deduct this from your credit card.

Security
The online shopping facility is easy and secure. All payment information is encrypted before being sent to the Wellness Shop and personally checked for accuracy and availability before being processed.

What personal information do we collect and how is it collected?
When you purchase goods we receive and collect your information as an encrypted email. Unless you place an order or email us, your visit to our site does not personally identify you.

Where do we store personal information?
The personal information collected with the purchase of goods is received as an encrypted email and used to prepare and process your order at our Wellness Shop office in Cottelsoe Western Australia. Any credit card information is used only once and subsequently destroyed. Personal information is also stored at our Wellness Shop office to facilitate confirmation of Wellness Shop orders.

How can you find out what personal information CSA holds about you, and correct it if necessary?
