This month's Wellness magazine is all about regaining health and wellness through self-empowerment and positive, life-affirming strategies. Included are articles on developing a 'Holistic Strategy Against Cancer' and establishing 'A Daily Wellness Routine. There is also an article on the importance of exercise in cancer recovery, and some simple walking meditation exercises you can try. On a more subtle level, the way you breathe is an important wellness factor -- there are certain breathing exercises which can actually help you heal from even the most major diseases. We all know diet and nutrition are key factors on a wellness journey, but did you know that fasting is a way to fast-track recovery by eliminating the very toxins which contributed to your illness in the first place.
