The 64 page March/April Wellness magazine features many informative and inspiring articles on a range of wellness topics. Len Saputo writes a detailed report on breast cancer screening technologies and new, less invasive methods. Don Benjamin provides an overview of the German New Medicine. We share some longevity secrets from Earth's Elders and an article on Sugar and how it ages us. There is an article on 'The Full Catastrophe' and how to grow through the storms of life. We also feature a series of articles on sound and music healing therapies, and on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qigong. This new year edition of Wellness contains articles to inspire and awaken the light of knowledge within. Each of the articles sheds light on different aspects of your wellness and healing journey to see you into the new year with the information and wisdom needed to make healthy, well informed choices. Featured is Phil Kerslake, one of New Zealand’s highest profile cancer survivors. He shares insights on how to address and heal the deeper emotional effects of cancer. In 'Stories of Grace and Courage' therapist and minister Wayne Muller shows us how something precious can happen to us in moments of suffering. In ' Keeping A Broad Perspective to allow True Healing' Shazar Robinson helps us understand what happens when we participate in healing. In other articles we look at juice detoxification and share some great juice recipes; look at talcum powder as a cause of ovarian cancer; the effects of prostate cancer treatments using less intervention; Ralph W. This month's Wellness magazine is all about regaining health and wellness through self-empowerment and positive, life-affirming strategies. Included are articles on developing a 'Holistic Strategy Against Cancer' and establishing 'A Daily Wellness Routine. There is also an article on the importance of exercise in cancer recovery, and some simple walking meditation exercises you can try. On a more subtle level, the way you breathe is an important wellness factor -- there are certain breathing exercises which can actually help you heal from even the most major diseases. We all know diet and nutrition are key factors on a wellness journey, but did you know that fasting is a way to fast-track recovery by eliminating the very toxins which contributed to your illness in the first place. We take a look at a couple of fasting regimes. Also included is an inspirational personal cancer story by Grace Bubeck and much, much more in this 44 page edition!

With a theme of 'Gratitude' this month's Wellness magazine reminds us of the inner qualities needed to be successful on a healing journey. Andrew Bienkowski's 'Life Lessons Learned in Siberia' helps us understand the value of suffering and the healing within it. Daniel H. Chong shares 'The Six Foundations of Healing' while Dr Christopher Kent writes about Chiropractic and how it helps heal many conditions -- not just bad backs.
