Environment
The Wellness Shop has a range of books, pamphlets, cleaning, personal care products and organic cosmetics designed to reduce risk from toxins.

Many household, personal and family care products contain ingredients that can be toxic and affect our health. If you ahve cancer or another chronic disease it is particularly important to eliminate these products from your home and choose a natural, non-toxic range instead.

The Envirocare range of household and personal care products are made from natural, mainly organic ingredients and are clearly labeled so that you are aware of exactly what you are using.

The MiEssence range of personal care and cosmetic products is certified organic and gentle on the hair and skin.

We stock a range of books by Dr Peter Dingle gives which give a thought provoking look at the synthetic chemicals we use in our homes, and on our bodies. In Sick Homes 1 he focuses on two main sources of indoor pollution from chemicals and the offgassing of hazardous chemicals. Sick Homes 2 looks at how the dust which collects in our homes affects our health. Dangerous Beauty focuses on the hazards associated with our daily exposure to the chemicals found in personal care products such as shampoos, toothpastes and cosmetics.

We strongly encourage you to become more aware what goes into household products and what impact they can have on our health.

Wellness
The Cancer Support Association (CSA) promotes wellness as a way of life, and believes wellness is attainable by anyone regardless of their current health status. To achieve perfect wellness you need a healthy lifestyle, good nutrition, a positive attitude to life, supplements to support your system in times of need, balanced information to inspire and inform your choices, and practical support.

CSA's Wellness Shop contains the books, supplements and health products to support you on your wellness journey. We stock a range of books on nutrition, environment, wellness and healing and also cancer specific titles.

The Wellness Shop stocks a range of nutritional supplements and health products to assist in times of stress, illness or where the dietary intake of nutrients is inadequte. Our products are recommended by naturopaths and nutritional doctors in the cancer field, and are from reliable brands.

Wellness Shop also sells Champion Juicers for AUD$595 + freight (or $565 for CSA members). We have selected Champion Juicers because of their durability and ease of use and maximum nutrient retention. You will need to contact CSA by phone on 08 9384 3544 or email us direct to purchase a juicer.

As well as the wellness products we stock in our shop, the CSA provides information through our magazine articles, extensive library catalogue and website.

Healing
If you have cancer or another life-threatening disease you will know there is so much more to healing than just undergoing a treatment regime. You need a balance of healthy lifestyle, good nutrition, supplements to support your system in times of need, balanced information to inspire and inform your choices, and practical support. For true and deep healing you may also need to look beyond the practical and physical to address the emotional and spiritual dimensions of your being.

The Cancer Support Association offers services and products that nurture the body, mind and spirit. From support groups and counselling, to meditation, massage, reflexology and yoga, to inspirational publications, to the CSA Wellness Shop's range of some of the best healing products you can find...whatever it is you need chances are you'll find it at CSA. We are committed to helping you restore your health and heal.

The Wellness Shop contains books, supplements and health products to support you on your healing journey. We have some beautiful relaxation and meditation CDs to help you calm and relax, as well as books by Australian meditation exponents in the cancer field, Petrea King, Ian Gawler and Eric Harrison.
