Online Registration
Once you receive your CSA Village Card you will need to activate it on the CSA Shopping Village page. Follow the prompts to register your details and activate your card. The "My Account" section on the website allows you to view:
Your PIN will be required when redeeming points and purchasing points (top-up).
Shopping in Village Stores
When shopping tell the merchant you have a CSA Village Card and you wish to do either of these things or both:
Shopping in Online Village Stores
When shopping online in any village store follow the store's normal shopping procedure. When reaching the Payment window click on the Village Card button and follow the simple prompts.
Purchase Loyalty Points (top-up)
There are 3 ways to Top-Up: Web, Phone or BPay. Login to "My Account" at www.csavillage.nml.com.au
A. WEB POINTS TOP-UP
Click Top-up. Use your credit card.
B. PHONE POINTS TOP UP
Note your Reference number in "My Account". Call 1300 795 968. Use your Credit Card
C. BPAY POINTS TOP-UP
Get the BPay Reference number in "My Account". Use Biller Code 969 352 to process through your online banking facility.
It takes 3-5 days for the balance to be updated. Points Top-Ups using your Credit Card are classified as Purchases, not Cash Advances.
Paying for Purchases
You can pay for your purchase using any method supplied by the Merchant. Just remember to swipe your CSA Village Card to earn instant Rewards and make a donation directly to the Cancer Support Association.
